You’re ready to treat the problem like a puzzle and get your hands dirty.

  • You are NOT deterred from trying things you’ve never done before and you understand that failed experiments always yield critical data. You are looking for more unconventional ways of thinking and approaching problems and even if it’s unfamiliar, you are ready to give new strategies the benefit of the doubt.

  • You DON’T leave projects to the last minute. Unless you work in an Emergency Room, just about all urgency is fabricated. Letting false urgency run wild with your work is bad for morale, bad for our health, and bad for sustainability.
