Dating and Relationship Support
for growth-oriented, curious, life-loving people
I support individuals and couples to create healthier, happier, more nourishing relationships by teaching them unconventional relational skills, awarenesses, and strategies.
Whether you are single and dating or in a committed partnership already, it’s time to make romance fun again.
It’s courageous to get outside support, try new things, and think in new ways. We give ourselves permission to seek guidance in every other area of life, why not bring that same curiosity and resourcefulness to love and connection?
A lot of what we’ve been taught about dating and relating is exactly what is getting in our way of having what we truly want.
There is a lot of recycled advice our there but most of it is uninformed or ineffective. Let’s take a second to examine the tired status quo.
Dating culture worldwide is due for an overhaul and the idea that "it should just happen" is not only antiquated but harmful to the psyche of wonderful, single people everywhere.
So many remarkable people on the planet are single, not because they are broken, but because "dating culture" is broken. I can help you do it your own way, make it fun again, and drastically increase the likelihood of meeting and/or matching with someone you can build a life with.
Relationships should be good most of the time, not the other way around. In the right relationship, difficulty comes from overcoming life’s challenges together. It does NOT mean making ourselves smaller, waiting for it to get better, or sacrificing either person’s needs and fulfillment to “make it work”.
The idea that “relationships are just hard” is a slippery cop out that prevents us from being creative. Yes, all good relationships require work and effort, but they shouldn’t be the primary source of worry and pain in our life. In the right relationship, the work results in positive reward and intimacy that helps you and your partner feel more united and trusting, not less.
Healthy, fulfilling partnership is a valid, deeply personal desire written into our spiritual DNA. It is normal for people to crave it deeply and fully. Life IS more fun when shared with people you adore and admire who adore and admire you back. It’s why you long for it!
It’s courageous to admit this to ourselves in a world that pressures us to pretend to care less.
Relationships (especially partnerships) are the ultimate spiritual playground and can have the most rewarding, positive, lifelong impact on your quality of life, and that is worth investing in.
I can help you.
Before I moved into the world of business consulting and operations management, I ran a successful dating and relationship coaching company.
I’ve helped hundreds of people to reset the course of their love life — everything from dating differently so that they could call in the partner they truly wanted, to helping people in committed relationships learn new ways to show up so that they could reconnect and co-create something more fulfilling for everyone involved.
Frequently Asked Questions

I work with single people as well as people in committed relationships. I work with monogamous and non-monogamous people. I work with folks who identify as queer, heterosexual, gender-queer, and cisgendered.
This work is for you if you want to create healthy, equitable, functional relationships and build the skills, awarenesses, and strategies that will help you create relationships that are mutually nourishing, and that benefit everyone involved more honestly.

Our first conversation is a free, 30 minute meet-and-greet. We use this time to get to know each other a bit and each assess whether or not we are a good fit to work together.
For individuals:
The first session will be 90 min and all following sessions are 60 min, unless otherwise discussed. For partners:
The first session is together and then I meet with each partner one-on-one, and then we meet again altogether.Depending on what your situation calls for we determine what combination of individual and combined sessions make the most sense for what you want to cocreate.
All sessions after the first conversation are $150.
I will usually give you “homework” to work on between sessions that will help you practice integrating everything you are learning.
-
I ask client to be ready to commit at least 3 months to the work. The first month is usually energized and excited as we dive into new ideas and new strategies. The second month can sometimes feel like a plateau as old patterns, disappointments, and beliefs try to edge back in. The third month is usually when people have been able to bank enough practice and reps to feel like they’ve broken bad habits for good and are creating reliable, consistent new outcomes individually and together.
I also have many clients extend working together anywhere from a total of 6 months to 12 months. Every person and couple is different, and the length of support you want will be determined by what you are working on, your budget, your energy, and everything else going on in your life concurrently.
-
If you struggle to take accountability for your own contributions to patterns, or are hoping that I will help you “change your partner” then think carefully before investing in this work.
Blame is a natural and common human instinct, but it is an unproductive one. If you are stuck and wanting to break a stubborn cycle, and are ready to do the massively courageous, often uncomfortable work of self-examination and experimentation, then I can help you. But if you are looking for an ally to help you make someone else wrong, then I am not the support resource for you.
-
All sessions after our first meet-and-greet conversation are $150.
Payment to be remitted before the start of session.
Note: I will be increasing my session rate to $175 for new clients starting in January 2027.
