The focus of this 3 day women's wellness retreat is to reignite your will to seek growth, while finding ways to sustainably support yourself in the process through self-care, mindfulness, and movement. 

Range of activities include; nature walks, gentle yoga sessions, soaking tubs, guided meditation, mindful cooking demonstrations, delicious allergen-freindly meals, and group discussion. 

Contributors include: Life Coach and Consultant Theora Moench, Chef Shauna Scriver, Yoga Instructor and Retreat Facilitator Melanie Trygg, Yin Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master Danielle Kurtz

Cost Includes all activities, meals, and lodging: 
$550 - general attendees, $350 - local attendees (no lodging included)
